The Niagara Frieze
happened on a trip with a swim team to Buffalo, New York. The entire group went on the Maid
of the Mist, wearing transparent blue raincoats. While they looked at the falls, I
shot the images from behind the group. The images were then combined to make the people
seem in one continuous line.
The
Niagara Frieze, which is 80" x 18" is a combination of 12 negatives shot at
Niagara Falls, using a disposable waterproof camera.
