The City of Richmond, and  the Richmond Community reeled in the "Go Fish" project, the largest public art display to ever hit Richmond in the summer of 2001.

          Modeled after Chicago's successful exhibit “Cows on Parade”, Richmond's icon the fish, specifically the Rockfish, to recognize its resurgence in the James River.
